Since 2011 Deep River has been committed to sharing exhibits educating communities about the history of the United States. As a traveling museum Deep River has shared exhibits with churches, colleges, 1st. - 12th. grades, museums, libraries, Senior living centers as well as cultural events.
We have many history exhibitions to choose from. Our largest and most sought after are our African American history exhibitions with artifacts dating back to the 1760’s. Our World War 1, World War 2, holocaust remembrance, and the Women’s suffrage movement are also popular exhibits.
As a long time passionate collector of rare historic artifacts Jane Toy (Owner and curator) is committed to sharing our Nation’s history. Deep River is ready to bring an exhibit to your organization. So if you have a gallery, lobby, exhibition space that needs a compelling temporary or long term exhibition, Deep River has many affordable exhibits to fit your space and budget.
Popular exhibition events are Black History Month, Underground Railroad Month, (September), Juneteenth, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Holocaust Remembrance month, Women's History Month along with Smaller exhibits are also available.
